This decree hereby officially closes the Aethelian Elections.
Sturengartz has won the Chancellorship and has been elevated to the title and power of the Chancellor.

Yyria, Brunei, Maddladd, and Noobmaster69 have won all 4 spots available on the National Assembly without contest.
