The Speaker recognises the presence of the aforementioned bill in the Assembly, and moves the Assembly to start discussing on the bill.

I feel as if the bill above this has one thing to add and that would be a term limit such as 3 or 4 terms on both the RPC and NA

Well, first of all, the elections for the national assembly are already legislated for in the constitution which says the terms last 2 months so this bill would directly contradict that. Secondly, the King can not remove any member of the assembly from office anyway so section 5 is not necessary. Thirdly for section 3 I think it would be better to have a criminal code in place before deciding that people can't run if they've broken the law at least three times. I am still in favour of this bill overall, however, i still think we should all work on setting up a criminal code and then we can continue work on this bill.

Section 5 is needed for the sole purpose keeping section 3 in check and the king will be allowed to remove members from the government in this bill aswell for the sole purpose, if a NA or RPC member begins to break the 3 strike limit he can easily and quickly remove them as well as if they are determined innocent they can be voted back in, the term times are currently just a suggestion and can be changed if needed.

Oh okay then I would suggest we change them to the two months in the constitution then.
